This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our website and the GXS Trading Grid service. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our Customer has engaged GXS.

In general, you can visit GXS on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we may need personal information from you, such as your name and email address, in order to respond to an inquiry, process an order, or allow you to access specific account information. We may use personal information you submit online for additional business purposes, such as improving our internal processes or letting you know about our products and services.
